How to Order

Shopping at Art of Man is easy and, we hope, straightforward. 

• Log in if you are already a Member or if not, sign up!  Membership is free and it offers you the ability to automatically earn up to 15% discount. 
• Use our various search methods (Brand, Category, Gifts for Him etc.) to browse through our Shop.
• A list of products will be displayed via each search method.  You can scroll down and if you see something you like, you can add the product to your shopping cart at this point, or else you can click on More Info, to see more details. 
• You can also click directly on the products that are highlighted on our home page, or which appear as complementary products or featured products when you are on a product page. 
• Continue shopping in this way until you are satisfied you have everything you want in your cart.  At any point, you can check what you have placed in your cart, and the total cost of the items it contains, by clicking on the Modify Cart icon.  A running total of goods in the cart is also provided.
• You can delete any items from your shopping cart at any time or keep adding items.  Your purchases or payment are not confirmed until the end of our Check Out process.
• Once you are satisfied you have everything you want in your cart, click on the Check Out button.
• If you are a Member, and have already logged in, your details will automatically appear on the Check Out page.  If you wish to alter any details please do so at this point.  If you are not a Member, you will be asked to create a Member's  account for payment and delivery verification.  You will need a valid email address to do this.
• You will be asked at Check Out for your choice of delivery and payment method as well as any requests for gift wrapping.  If you have a special offer code, enter it in at this point.  If you are a Member and eligible for any of our Member's discounts, the Check Out will display prices with any eligible Member's Discounts. 
• Once you have selected the above details, our system will automatically calculate the delivery costs associated with your order and present you with a calculation on the total cost of your order.  Shipping costs are based on those provided to us by Australia Post, plus packaging and handling, and are based both on weight and volume.
• If you elect to proceed at this point, you will be asked to confirm your order by entering your payment details if paying by credit card, or you will be taken to a screen that provides you with an order confirmation if you are using cheque, money order or Direct Deposit.  Once payment is confirmed, you will be emailed a sales invoice.
• You can also order by phone, by using our toll free number 1 300 782 560.  We will require your credit card details for this method.  Please note that loyalty discounts are not applied if shopping via this method.
